Whole30 Chili Recipe

Today is day 30 of whole30 for me! Day 30!!! If you are doing whole30 you are going to want to try my whole30 Chili recipe that I’m sharing today.

If you’re not familiar with whole30 basically it’s an elimination diet where you take out certain things (dairy, legumes, sugar, alcohol, grains, artificial stuff) for 30 days and then add them back in one at a time to see how your body does. It’s more complicated than that so check out the whole30 site if you want more info.

During whole30 it’s recommended that you have meals basically consisting of a serving of protein and then you fill the rest of your plate with veggies and fruit.

I’ve enjoyed a bunch of recipes on my whole30 from Pinterest but I also tried to modify some of my favorites to be compliant and one that I modified easily is my chili recipe. My chili was already bean-less because my husband doesn’t like them so it wasn’t too hard to do.

Whole30 Chili Recipe Ingredients

whole30 chili recipe

  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of basil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Whole30 Chili Recipe

Step 1: Dice the green pepper and onion. Smash the garlic. I used my veggie chopper to make this super quick. I love that thing. Mine is unavailable on amazon currently but this veggie chopper is similar.
