I can hardly believe it but Easter is approaching fast. Not to worry, I think I have the perfect dessert for your Easter spread- Carrot Cake Cookies with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting.

These cookies are almost like little carrot cake whoopie pies- two soft, fluffy cookies sandwiched around that delicious cinnamon cream cheese frosting. I think that these are perfect for Easter or any other spring gathering.

I really love chocolate desserts but these are something a little different and so good that I don’t miss the chocolate. My kids love them! One of my sons prefers to eat them without the cream cheese frosting and honestly they are not bad that way either.

Cream cheese frosting is also one of my favorites and the bit of cinnamon adds a nice touch. They’ve also got carrots in them so that makes them a tiny bit healthy, right?
