If you’ve been around the blog for any bit of time then you know I’ve got a big sweet tooth. I’m always working new desserts into the menu and I’m excited to share a new one with you this morning: Effortless Strawberry Cheesecake Mini Pies. These cute little pies are a delicious but super simple to make. They are so easy to make that even kids can get in on the assembly.
Ingredients:
- 2 Dannon® Light & Fit® Strawberry Cheesecake Greek Yogurts
- 4 ounces of cream cheese
- Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts (6 pack)
- strawberries
- Reddi-wip®
Step 1: Let the cream cheese sit out for a little bit so that it’s a little softer and easier to work with. Then use a stand mixer to mix the cream cheese and the two tubs of yogurt.
Step2: Scoop the yogurt-cream cheese mixture into the pie crusts and smooth it out.
Step 3: Thinly slice some strawberries and lay them on top of the yogurt-cream cheese mixture.
Step 4: Top the pies with Reddi-wip® and garnish with a few more slices of strawberries.
These mini pies whip up very quickly and easily. I think they are perfect for picnics and backyard barbecues.
I was able to pick up all of my ingredients at my local Walmart while doing my other shopping.
