Effortless Strawberry Cheesecake Mini Pies

effortless mini pies pinIf you’ve been around the blog for any bit of time then you know I’ve got a big sweet tooth.  I’m always working new desserts into the menu and I’m excited to share a new one with you this morning: Effortless Strawberry Cheesecake Mini Pies.  These cute little pies are a delicious but super simple to make.  They are so easy to make that even kids can get in on the assembly.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Dannon® Light & Fit® Strawberry Cheesecake Greek Yogurts
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese
  • Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts (6 pack)
  • strawberries
  • Reddi-wip®

effortless mini pies ingredientsStep 1: Let the cream cheese sit out for a little bit so that it’s a little softer and easier to work with.  Then use a stand mixer to mix the cream cheese and the two tubs of yogurt.

Step2: Scoop the yogurt-cream cheese mixture into the pie crusts and smooth it out.

Step 3: Thinly slice some strawberries and lay them on top of the yogurt-cream cheese mixture.

Step 4: Top the pies with Reddi-wip® and garnish with a few more slices of strawberries.

These mini pies whip up very quickly and easily.  I think they are perfect for picnics and backyard barbecues.

I was able to pick up all of my ingredients at my local Walmart while doing my other shopping.
