In search of a festive, delicious treat that’s easy to make? Have I got a treat for you! I’ve actually got two kinds of Christmas Cookie Pops to share with you this morning.
These two Christmas Cookie Pops are quick and easy to make. My 3 year old helped me with these and we had a blast!
To make the Christmas Cookie Pops you will need:
Oreo Pops
- Double Stuf Oreos (It’s harder to do with regular Oreos)
- vanilla almond bark
- lollipop sticks
- sprinkles
Peanut Butter Pops
- Keebler Toasteds Buttercrisp Crackers
- peanut butter
- chocolate almond bark
- lollipop sticks
- sprinkles
These are ridiculously easy so I won’t even call this a recipe. Here are the steps:
Oreo Pops
Insert the stick in the Oreos. Dip into melted vanilla almond bark. Place onto a nonstick baking sheet. Add some sprinkles. Place in freezer for 20 minutes to help them harden and set.
Peanut Butter Pops
Make a peanut butter sandwich with two Toasteds Buttercrisp Crackers. Insert the stick in the middle. You may want to pop these into the freezer for a few minutes to allow the peanut butter to harden a little.
Dip into melted chocolate almond bark. Place onto a nonstick baking sheet. Add some sprinkles. Place in freezer for 20 minutes to help them harden and set.
I rewarded my helper with a Dannon Oikos Yogurt Drink. Dousing cookie pops with sprinkles does make you thirsty.
I then took the cookie pops and slipped each one into an individual treat bag. Then I tied the bags closed with a ribbon and curled the edges.
To make a fun gift for a friend we placed a few into a Giant Eagle Holiday storage bag and added in a cute Christmas card from Hallmark.
I was able to get my supplies to make the Christmas Cookie Pops at Giant Eagle.

Yes, kids can totally get in on making these! My son really enjoyed dumping sprinkles on.
