Not to be Captain Obvious, but birthing babies is hard. And no matter how you do it, it hurts. And it takes some time to recover.
My sweet husband put together a recovery kit for me for after I had given birth to our second son. Our first son was an emergency c-section and was our first baby so we really had no idea what recovery was like. The second time around my husband did some research online and made the kit for me. And it helped so so much!
Here’s what I would recommend if you’re putting together a kit for yourself or as a gift. There are many new health challenges after having a baby and it’s best to be prepared and not have to run out to the store to get something when you’re trying to rest and recover.
