Weekly Meal Planner Template with Grocery List

This post was sponsored by Weight Watchers International, Inc. as part of an Influencer Activation for Influence Central and all opinions expressed in my post are my own.

I’ve been working for some time on developing a healthier lifestyle and losing weight. I love products that make healthful eating easier. Today I’m sharing some of my favorite Weight Watchers® products available at Walmart as well as a printable weekly meal planner template with grocery list.

Having a plan helps me to eat more consciously so I love to sit and plan out each week before I shop.  I start by thinking of what I want to eat for the week and jot down all my ideas.  Then I look up healthy recipes for the meals I want to have and I jot down the ingredients I will need.weekly meal planner template

When I get to the store I try to stick as closely to the list as I possibly can.  This helps keep me from buying a bunch of junk to tempt me and it helps keep me on budget.meal plan and grocery list printablemeal plan worksheet

On a shopping trip to Walmart this week I picked up some of my favorite Weight Watchers® products.  love how Weight Watchers gives me smart, easy options to help me eat more healthfully and I appreciate that I can get them at my local Walmart along with all my other shopping.  The new Weight Watchers Freestyle™ program with zero Points® foods and all the great products Weight Watchers has makes choosing what I eat easier.  Having so many fantastic options and so much flexibility helps me to enjoy so many delicious foods while working toward my goals.

My absolute favorite Weight Watchers product is the Peanut Butter Caramel Ice Cream Candy Bars.  I mean, you can just tell from the name that they are good!  I have such a sweet tooth and these individually wrapped treats are just the right portion to help me indulge while still meeting my goals.peanut butter bars

Weight Watchers ice cream novelties have a lower value per serving than regular ice cream and other frozen novelties.  Made from low-fat milk they have 2-4 SmartPoints® value per serving and are under 100 calories.  Weight Watchers offers a variety of options, bars and cones so that you don’t get bored.ice cream bars three ice cream bars

I also love the JOLLY TIME Healthy Pop Popcorn endorsed by Weight Watchers.  This is such a great snack for me.weekly meal planner template with grocery list

The 100 calorie packs make easy portion control for me.  This is the only popcorn that is endorsed by Weight Watchers.  It’s Non-GMO and gluten free.  Each serving has a value of 3 SmartPoints.  These popcorn packs help satisfy my salty snack cravings while still keeping in line with my goals.weekly meal planner template with grocery listpopcorn

The last product I want to share with you is the Flatout® Flatbread endorsed by Weight Watchers®.  I love a good wrap full of lettuce, meat, and veggies.  These flatbread are perfect for wrapping that all up.  I love the Light Original.weekly meal planner with grocery list wraps

They are big on flavor and high in protein and fiber.  The Weight Watchers Endorsed Flatout Flatbreads are all 2 – 4 SmartPoints value per serving.  I like to be out and about with my kids and these help me make up a quick and easy wrap to pack for those picnics at the park and zoo.  You can find these in the deli/bakery section of most major grocery stores.wrap on board wrap ingredients on top finished wrap wrap from side

Great ideas and options for snacks! What's a good diet anyways without good snack options?!
