While I was picking through the Target Christmas clearance I came across a pack of takeout boxes that I thought would make a cute jumping-off point for gifts for my son’s preschool teachers. They are black with red ribbon handles and little snowflake tags. The 5 pack of takeout containers was originally $4 but was reduced to $2.
If you would like to make a similar Valentine gift these black takeout boxes are similar. They also have clear containers- though I have seen ones like these at Hobby Lobby which are probably cheaper.
To make them a little less Christmas-y I took off the snowflake tags. I filled them with Reese’s hearts (one of the teacher’s favorites).
I then printed out the hearts and glued one to each side. Alternately you could print this out onto sticker paper and skip the glue step.
Here’s the printable of the hearts if you’d like to make your own. Before Printing be sure to set your printer to LANDSCAPE orientation so that the pdf prints correctly.

How cute! I've seen so many great Valentine's Day ideas for school here lately and definitely can't wait to make some of them.
