DIY Fall Wreath

Hello!  Today I am so excited to share a fun little craft I recently made.  I used two embroidery hoops, some fabric, and felt to make a DIY Fall Wreath that I love.  This one is simple to make and if you change out the fabrics for a different color scheme then you could make one for any season really, not just fall.
