I have to reference my measurement conversion chart in my kitchen all the time. And you can never have enough kitchen towels so I decided that a kitchen towel with basic measurement conversions on it would be a useful little gift. Pair it with some cute utensils or kitchen gadgets and you’ve got a great Christmas idea for the foodie in your life.

Tutorial
Open the Kitchen Conversions Towel project file in Design Space. Adjust the size if you need to. Then click Make it. On the next screen you will see your design on the cutting mat. Click the Mirror button on the left.
Once the design is cut out then you will weed out the pieces of transfer sheet that are not part of your design.
Then you need to prepare your towel. Lint roller it off. Then cover it with butcher paper and heat it for 15 seconds at 385 Fahrenheit.
Now lay your design down with the ink side down and cover it with butcher paper. Press it for 40 seconds.
Let it cool then carefully remove the butcher paper and transfer sheet and you’re done!
