You know that I love the muffins and superfood veggie cakes from Garden Lites and I’ve been enjoyed hearing how much you all love them too! Today I’m sharing all about their 2 new frittatas: Veggie Bacon & Potato and Spinach Egg White.

Like with the other Garden Lites products these frittatas are filled with vegetables. Vegetables are the first and primary ingredients. As a brand the goal of Garden Lites is to help families find new and delicious ways to eat more vegetables and I love that!
Both of the frittatas are gluten free. I know more and more people who need to eat gluten free and I love seeing more options for them.
If you’re like me and you’re trying to eat more vegetables then I find that it helps to start my day by incorporating vegetables into my breakfast. You can heat them up in the toaster oven or you can pop them into the microwave. I love having some of these in the freezer since they make a great option for busy mornings when I don’t have a lot of time.

The Spinach Egg White Frittatas are made with mozarella and feature lots of great spinach. I love spinach and eggs together so I really enjoyed the flavor of these.

My kids were most interested in the Veggie Bacon & Potato Frittatas. They could not tell that the veggie bacon was different from regular bacon. The veggie bacon is made with pinto beans and vegetarian but seriously tastes like bacon. I loved how the veggie bacon paired with the cheddar in the frittatas.

You can find both of these delicious frittatas in the freezer section. Check this store locator to find them in a grocery store near you. Have you tried them yet? If you do try them please be sure to let me know how you liked them in the comments below! I’d love to hear what you think.
