Happy Friday! Summer is in full swing for us and I’m loving it despite the fact that this week has been crazy busy. Sometimes when it rains, it pours and it just seems like everything hits all at once. But let’s look on the bright side and focus on all the good stuff. Here’s what I’m loving this week:
Burp Cloths
I have been doing some clean up in the basement and that included my sewing space. I am excited to have it tidied up and even managed to sew up some burp cloths this week. I shared all about them in a post on Saturday.

Father’s Day
Father’s Day is this weekend and while I can’t be with my dad I am looking forward to visiting in a couple of weeks. I also enjoy getting in on the fun of helping my kids celebrate their dad, my husband. This year each of my sons picked out a card for him and the cards totally fit my son’s personalities. I can’t wait for them to get to give them to him.
New Frittatas
I’ve shared before on the blog how I love all the Garden Lites products and yesterday I shared about their new frittata flavors. If you’re interested in gluten free products chocked full of veggies then you’ll want to check them out.

Summer
This is our second week of summer and we are loving it! The weather is great and we are enjoying sleeping in a little. Week 1 we spent a ton of time organizing and cleaning and this week we had VBS. We are trying to spend as much times as possible playing outside, grilling out, hiking, and just generally being outside. Being Ohio people who basically hibernate in the winter we feel the need to soak it all in while we can.

Put-in-Bay
Tomorrow we are headed to spend the day at Put-in-Bay as a family and Ohio people, I need your help! We know nothing so please send us your recommendations.
What are you up to this weekend? Let me know in the comments below and Happy Friday!

PIB is one of our summer traditions too. We will be up in Marblehead this weekend and we love the area. There is a nice huge playground for the kids in the middle of town. It is fun to rent golf carts to take around the island but it is a little pricey. So, otherwise, you can take the bus into town from the ferry for $3. Have fun!!

Thank you so much for the input! I think we will definitely be checking out the playground. Have a fun weekend in Marblehead!
