Friday Favorites

Happy Friday to you all!

It’s been a while since I have shared a Friday Favorites so I thought I’d throw one in and share what I’ve been loving lately.

[one] New Swimsuits!

I bought 2 new swimsuits- the Cupshe Falbala and the Stripe Printing High-waisted Halter.  I have washed both and I wore the Falbala to the pool the other day.  I am actually quite pleased!  I’m going to do a full review of them so that I can show you some things and help any of you that may have seen them and wondered about the quality and fit.  I know I saw the  like a million times in ads on my Pinterest feed forever and I’m glad I finally bit the bullet and bought them.  I have been wearing a plain black suit and these just feel a whole lot more fun.

[two] The Zoo

For spring break we decided to stick around home.  We stayed home and had a few pj days but we did make it out to the zoo on Wednesday.  It’s been a while since we last visited the zoo.  We were members for a while but took a break because we’d had our fill.  Our zoo is small but still very nice and we had a great day.

[three] Diet & Exercise

So I decided to start dieting on April 1.  I planned and prepped and it’s been going well so far.  I know that a week is nothing in the grand scheme of things but I am feeling really good and I am just celebrating every day of good choices.  Now I need to keep putting one foot in front of the other and keep going.  I’ll update more on my progress as time goes on.

[four] New Burp Cloth Tutorial

On Tuesday I shared what is my new favorite burp cloth design.  I’m still in the camp of “put pom poms on everything”.

[five] You

I didn’t post anything about it but the blog turned 3 not too long ago.  And I’m so thankful for the space of mine where I get to put my hands and mind to work and make things.  It would be so empty if no one read it but this blog has grown tremendously and I want to say thank you to all of you who read.  I have been extremely blessed by the interactions and experiences that this blog has brought me.  Thank you all for that!

I will be bouncing it up with the boys all day today at the bouncey house.  I hope your Friday is just as fun as ours!
